During the election week, the lists have the opportunity to campaign with election campaign booths in front of the RWTH buildings. There are designated areas in which the booths may be set up. No booths are explicitly allocated and reserved for individual lists.
On the premises of RWTH Aachen University, the university's guidelines (e.g. regarding alcohol consumption) apply.
Please also be sure to observe the legal requirements! For example, if you want to distribute unpackaged food such as waffles or coffee, you will need a certificate of instruction in accordance with the Infection Protection Act. Compliance with the legal requirements is the responsibility of the lists.

The office hours of the Election Committee will take place this year on Fridays between 12:00 and 13:00 in the premises of the AStA. Registration is mandatory and can be done via the following link: Book your appointment by clicking here! Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email. Additionally, on May 10th and May 24th, the office hours will be held via Zoom. If necessary, other appointments can also be arranged.
