Between Jun 10, 2024 and Jun 21, 2024, the following student elections at RWTH Aachen University will be conducted via online voting:
You can find further information on the elections for voters and for tickets and candidates in the "Vote" and "Candidacy" sections. After logging in via the university's single sign-on, you can also access the "Election Portal" to view the electoral register, apply for postal voting, register as an election assistant or run for election.
The electoral register is now available. You can view your entry in the Election Portal, personally in the AStA's rooms and during the elections administrator's office hours. You may now also request postal voting in the Election Portal.
Additionally the number of required supporters are fixed. They are in display at the student body's bulletin board and individual election's subpage.
The office hours of the Election Committee will take place this year on Fridays between 12:00 and 13:00 in the premises of the AStA. Registration is mandatory and can be done via the following link: Book your appointment by clicking here! Confirmation of the appointment will be sent via email. Additionally, on May 10th and May 24th, the office hours will be held via Zoom. If necessary, other appointments can also be arranged.
